Fender Flare rubber

I was in an accident and my fender flare was damaged on my Red Sonoma Highrider. Problem is that the original rubber between body and flare was a dyed red rubber. The body shop painted the fender and rubber to match the rest of the flares, but the rubber will not hold the paint and is peeling. It seems that Gm discontiued making the colored flare and rubber. Apparently the rubber only comes already attached to the Flare and only comes in black now. All I need is the rubber in the Red dyed color. Otherwise I will be forced to remove all the Fender flares and replace them and have them painted , leaving the rubber black. This is going to cost an arm and a leg. The insurance co. will only pay for the damaged fender flare. Has anybody got any Ideas. I have checked for aftermarket parts, junkyards, etc. with no luck.
