So much for a turbo-back anytime soon. I walked out to my car Sunday night to find this and no one around. I have been quoted anywhere between $500-$1000 and im still debating if its worth getting insurance involved, $500 deductible with a possible premium increase.

i just had something like that happen to me. you might want to talk to your insurance company, because mine said sence i wasnt in the car at the time my raits wouldnt go up because there was nothing i could do about it.

I hope thats the case that would be great but im still out $500 which sucks, thats almost a CF hood or accessport

Yeah, tell the insurance people. Unless your insurer really blows, it shouldn't cause a rate increase. Rates only increase if you move to a high-crime area, the same thing happens over and over again, or if you actually cause the damage yourself.

I second some of the statements above that your insurance rates would NOT go up. There was nothing you could do about it. Use your insurance, that's what you pay premiums for.

hm...suckage with the dent

but i dont think that should cause any rates to go up...i remember my sis and dad were passing a baseball and my sis nailed the tail light on his car and busted it, so he just turned it in on insurance as if he found it like that in a parking lot. my dads got really tight financial situations so if he knew it would have made his rates go up any he wouln't have done it...
