:sunglasse  cheers dude. sure, no problem. how big do you want them? depending on which camera i used, i've got the source in either 5 or 6 megapixel, but are >1MB each.

if you want it bigger than 1280 i can upload them somewhere and mail you a link, when i get home from work. alternatively, you can have a look on my dA account if 1280 is big enough:
http://zzpza.deviantart.com/gallery
all of the pix i've posted here are available there as well as several more. i'm afraid i can't link directly to the pix, as dA is blocked from work. :( :disappoin

hmm, how old do people think i am?
some, but only 'documentary' type pix, i.e. recording what's there with no (ok, little) artistic interpretation for example advertising a holiday home, publicity shots for a pub (US:bar), etc.
it was easier to edit my previous post than list all the detail here. please have a look below.

DeviantART (aka dA) is an on-line art gallery. It's run by a small group of people who really believe in what they are doing. It's free to join (http://www.deviantart.com/join/), but i subscribed to show my support for the cause, and also for the extra features. It's not that expensive and it gets rid of all the ads. Like all free sites, it can suffer from trolls and people thinking that it's just an on-line photo album, but looking at your pix i think you'd fit in there.

Lots of places in the south of England. Might immigrate to Japan at any moment though. ;) But i'd have to sell all my cars then... :(

I think you are probly in your 20's. late 20's.. I found that DA site very interesting and there are alot of very talented artists there. I see that they sell your photos, do you get any compensation for that? You dont support yourself with your photos do you? I was looking at photography as a side hobbie, as a way to maybe make some money on the side, how do you get around to selling your photos or get paid for taking photos you wana take? Do you know if there is a big market for nature documentaries or nature photography? Sorry too many questions.....

You like taking those night shots at 15seconds and f8. The camera you are using for most of your shots is not digital right? Do you have any experience with a digital slr? I have the Nikon D70 and have been experimenting with shutter speeds and what not on my shots and so far I have found digital to be more cost effective for me. Meaning I can take like 10 shots of one subject till I get the perfect shot, without wasting money on film.

my g5 (http://www.canon.co.uk/for_home/product_finder/cameras/digital/powershot_g5/index.asp) is a digital compact and my 10d (http://www.canon.co.uk/for_home/product_finder/cameras/digital_slr/eos_10d/index.asp) is a digital slr. i have many 35mm slr and a couple of medium format cameras. i used to collect old german / soviet cameras until i was burgled. now i just have a zorki and a couple of pracktica's with some nice zeiss glass. :)
i find the g5 much easier to use for long exposures because of the flip out screen. when you're doing long exposures the camera is always on a 'pod and usually at unusual angles or very low / high. getting behind it so i can use the viewfinder is a PITA, so i use the g5. i guess this will change once i get the timer remote for the 10d so i can do longer than 30second exposures. :) :) :)

spot on. :) out of interest, what made you come to that conclusion?
dA is very cool and also very infuriating. you get a lot of attension seekers posting pix of themselves and general teenage angst. it's a lot better than it was a few months ago. but there are always going to be people who abuse free systems... :(
the print system is new to me. previously you had to have a print account on top of your normal dA account in order to be able to offer prints for sale. just recently they have opened it up so that you can sell prints if you don't have a print account, but you only get iirc ~20%. with a print account you have to pay dA the cost of the print and a nominal fee and after that anything you make you keep.
my ideal job would be a car photographer, but at the moment it's just a hobby that i make some beer money from. admitedly a long term hobby that started when i was 6 with a kodak 126 instamatic. i'd like it to be more, but it's a very difficult profession to break into. :disappoin
