01 Monte Carlo grounding??

Im do not know what is going on with my car all i know is this is what is happening and maybe someone can help me out. My car is off my radio is off... out of the drivers side door speaker you can hear cracking noise and popping coming out of it.. first i thought maybe my speaker was blown but music is coming out of it when i turn the radio on.. someone suggested that i might have a ground wire loose or something... or maybe just a speaker wire... can someone help me out..

I have a factory radio/cd player... even if i have my car and radio off would it still be the radio
