Which Car????

Nissan 350Z, upcoming Infinti G35 coupe, or the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII?

That's a tough call but since they don't sell 'bishies in Canada it's pretty easy for me. :D G35 Coupe.

Would it be that hard to import a Mitsu into Canada, given that the US has stricter crash and emission regulations?

Given that it's actually cheaper to buy a car in Canada. For example if you take the current exchange rate a fullly loated Sentra SE-R spec-V would cost you just over $16K US. The exchange rate is so bad for Canadian money that I'd be paying WAY more for an EVO VII than it's worth.

However if you tried to buy the cheap Sentra in canada and ship and register this in teh US you'd get duty'ed up to the MSRP of the US car and you'd probably lose all saving converting the dash to MPH and meeting any US differences from Canada.

There are always differences between US and Canada regulations that will cost money no matter which way you import.

I think tif the Japanese send the EVO VII in full form to the US, than i think it would have to be the EVo VII..i read that it has 300+ horsepower and AWD..but, this is the Japanese version, no telling what will happen when they send it to the US..if they dont change anything, it will definately be able to compete with the Supra, 300GT VR4, RX-7, and the 300zx.. it also will be ablt to blow the doors off of a WRX..

the evo VII hands down. nothing else comes close. in performance wise atleast

How can you vote for G35? Yuck , i hate this car , i thought that at last nissan thought how much money they would get off selling LHD skylines , when i heard about this car i was happy as hell , i thought "at last , this is it" , i don't care if it's called infiniti or whatever ... But then i see it , and what comes out that it has nothing common with skyline at all , no AWD , no Ferrari-style rear lights , No agressive look , and no RB26DETT ! and tons of stuff in the interior which have nothing in common with sport , and that's how they fuc$ed up an opportunity to get many supra , gto , rx7 etc customers... It will be just another grandpas car with nothing spectacular , we have seen all this before and myself i don't care for that car , from this 3 , it seems quite obvious for me that the Lancer is the only way to go... You have them in states? Those things move , i'm tellin ya...

Anyway as for the G35 since the coupe was meant to be a skyline and it isn't , then i don't like the sedan too , and i started not to like infiniti at all...
