ok, my friend has a 93 coupe with a B16 swap, and anyways has alot of money he just spends, so he bought all this stuff for his car, a few things being a hayama fuel ral and fuel flo modifier, and a AEM high flow fuewl filter, now about the filter I asked him what he bought it for and he said he got it for a 99 SI since he has a B16 I told him to go back and get one for a 93 coupe since the filters on the firewall and the SI has a different setup then his car, and when he called up the place he told him thsat EVERY AEM fuel filter is like that, inl;et on botom and outlet on top, not both on top like he needs to be a direct bolt-on. well I KNOW that they make one for his car cuz I sont see a company with a name klike AEM has making filters that you cant put onto your car without changing the hardline or going to a soft-line part of the way to change the path. they do make one for his car right?
and 2nd on the fuel flow modifier, its the kind where you use the hack-saw to cut the stock ones top off and thes part clamps down onto it. how critical is the length you cut off.
side notew, does 48-50 PSI sound about right fopr fuel pressure on a B16. thats what the guage reads.
oh also, a fuewl rail from a D16Z6 wouldnt bolt to a B16a intake manifold correct, the runners/injectors are spread farther apart on the B series isnt it. the shop around here told him he had the SOHC rail on his engine and thats why the CEL comes on (they arent the brightest guys around IMO)
