94 Accord LX d4 indicator flashing on dash

I can't find my owners manual and I would like to know what this means. The d4 indicators flashes on the dashdoard when the car is on. Even in "park". please help!

Does your car stuck in high gear?

no all gears work fine, d4 indicator just flashes all of the time.
