I am trying to change the heater core on a 93 Cavalier. I have removed every screw I can find on cover and it still won't come out to give me access to the core. Any help would be appreciated.

I've replaced the heater core on my '94, 2.2L. How many parts of the panel have you removed, and what seems to be left?

I have removed every screw I can find to remove the cover, or at least the first one and it just won't budge.

I will assume by "the cover", you mean the direct cover of the heater core itself. If I recall correctly, there are 8 screws to that cover. If you have removed all of those, then make sure you have removed all surrounding panel parts of the underside dash; sometimes some screws are difficult to see. If everything there is fine, then it sounds like it simply hasn't been opened in a while; you need to pull towards the inside of the car as you remove this cover, as the bleed tubes (which protrude through to the other side of the firewall) may be holding "the cover" on. Hope this helps.
