'88 Jeep radio schematic

Anyone have a wiring diagram or a schematic of the radio for my Jeep?

I have a problem, the fuse on the back of the radio keeps blowing. The one in the fuse box is ok, but the (inline fuse) blows when I start the car.

I have the standard AM/FM Stereo w/ cassett player. If you need any more info get back to me and I'll try to provide.

TIA,

Bob

I have a Haynes manual. It has some pretty decent wiring diagams. I suggest you pick one up. If you need something sooner, let me know and I'll scan and e-mail it to you.

I wouldn't want you to do that unless it has information about the radio itself, eg. wiring information, schematics, that sort of thing.

Let me know, ok?

Do you mean inside the radio or the wiring for the power, speakers, etc.?

The info for the power/speckers would be helpful, I didn't know that would be available.

I would appreciate that info, thanks.

The Haynes has a decent diagram. I used it to trace a short in my rear passenger side speaker. If you can't find one, I can scan and send it to you.

My problem with my radio is it's blowing the fuse on the back of the radio. So it looks like I'm going to need a schematic to find the part that is causing that fuse to blow. It's the internal wiring diagram that I need, so if you have that info or know anyone that does, I'll appreciate getting the schematic a whole lot.
