'02 Highlander Engine Vibration in Reverse

My '02 Highlander (50K miles, 4 cyl, auto) recently developed a noticeable vibration whenever it's put into reverse. The vibration is considerable, and begins immediately when placed into reverse. There is no vibration when placed into any forward gear, netural, or park.
