what would you guess a m6 camaro 94 lt1 would do?

There is no need to guess , 94 LT1 is posted.

people remember, these numbers are just comparison times. not every 95 LT1 convertible is gonna run a 5.7s 0-60. you need to use these numbers as a base comparison; there are going to be discrepancies between manual and auto cars, and between cars with different drivers...

I have a bone stock 99 Z28 you can add documented times/dyno #'s to the list
60ft=2.10s
1/8= [email protected] mph
rwhp=283.0
rwtq=297.35
0-60mph=?? don't know

pics and documentation are posted here:

btw, just a suggestion, but for some newbies, making your chart more self explanitory might help. Ie, tell what the numbers posted mean.
Great idea on the list though! Anything I c an do to help, let me know,

Thanx Kevin and yes like has been mentioned before these number are just references and by no means set in stone stock time vary on any car and just because one driver on Motor trend, Car & driver or so on did 0-60 in 6 seconds doesn't mean that another driver with the same vehicle couldn't do 5.4 or faster. Also although I really do appreciate your 1/8 time I think it would be better to compare 0-60 and 1/4 mile as they are more commenly used. Also nice car

Yah, I can understand, I just meant maybe graph the #'s. I can give 1/4 mi, but don't have documentation now.
et= 13.82
mph= 102.21

oh by the way, i meant what would you guess a 94 z28 m6 would do on the top speed if you wound out 6th. i know ive had mine at about 145 with about another 1000 RPMs to go in 5th before even thinkin about shifting into 6th.

Those cars top out in 5th, you dont and probably wont have enough power to push the .5 overdrive that 6th gear is to make it top out. Do a gear calc it says top speed is like 270+ or something for the car i'm building but realistically it will be somewhere around 150-155. I'd guess your car would be about the same.

its still pulling like crazy in 6th tho at higher speeds, i dont think i would ever drive it that fast i was just curious. i have had my moms 97 SS at 170 with 2 other people in the car with me.

the "true top speed" (what gearing, red-line will allow) of a 4th gen m6 w/ 3.42 rear axle is actually 266, you need over 1000hp to get that high tho. 6th gear in 4th gens is good for gas mileage, if i were u i wouldn't dream of tryin to top it out

99 z28 M6 76,000 miles on orig clutch, 1 non working spark plug, no 4th gear on 255 kuhmo escta supra at honolulu raceway park ran a best of 13.41 @ 105 maxing out 3rd on the limiter I had quite a bit of time left to go into 4th if it worked...
