Inner fender

I really need to paint my inner fender liner really bad, and i was wondering, do the back fender liners come out? I am alittle nervous about spray painting black rubber paint, with car being white, so any accidental over spray will not be good. I need to take the front ones out too, but the rear ones are the worse of the 4.
