I first thought it was the modulator, which did end up being faulty, but when I replaced it. It still does this! So I checked to see if it was overheating, I noticed the coolant was not flowing so I replaced the thermostat, and it is working as it should.

Now when I replaced the ICM i had to unbolt the dizzy, so its probably out of exact timing, but it starts and idles fine for those first few min's.

After warming up i still get sparks to the wires. Not sure where to go from here.

Well, turned out to be the fuel filter. I knew it was something involving fuel when i tested the spark while it wouldn't start after running.

Hope this helps someone else in the future.

I found my problem today, i took my frame pump off and bench it if I had some power on it it did work so i test continuity on the wires and notice that the black one has none so i put a new wire and connector on the pump put back in the van and van is working like new
