installing Gt40 y302 heads & cobra upper and lower intake manifold

I was reading in a restoration magazine that the gt40 heads were a direct 40hp bolt on. Has anyone actually done this and if so what results have you seen? Also i was wondering if anyone knew the hp increases on adding the upper and lower intakes on the stock 302.
