Quick Question

I have a quick question. Sorry if this has already been posted in the faq, I glanced through it really quickly and don't know much about Hondas. My brother just bought a 91 crx. He's planning to swap a b18c into it. Im curious as to what an estimated 1/4 time would be. If everything was stock that is.
