i checked my car with the ODBII and came out 3 sensors wrong
i have replaced the :
IAT sensor voltage high (Intake air temp. high)
ECT sensor voltage too high (Eng. coolant Temp. high) and we found out that i have 5 O2 sensors in the car 3 under the engine and 2 in the back of the car i changed the last 2 and cleaned the 3 sensors under the engine, the light went off for one day ,light went on today agian god i hate this , yesterday i put the car in a condition same as before so i can check if the light will come on or not so i parked the car in a place with no heat or sun at all after the initial start-up it toke 1 min. then light came on, i hate it , someone told me the following but i cant understand ist right or wrong
Model Year(s): 2000
Description: Some vehicle engines may exhibit a rough idle and / or Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) light on condition upon initial start-up after a cold soak when temperatures are below 50 degrees F (10 degrees c). This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software (Cal level 00Cal15C).
HELP ME PLEASE if ou got any idea

I haven't heard anything about the new programming, but this morning it was the balmy 35 degrees, and my 00 XJ fired right off as always, never noticed the light on( kind of hard to miss at 0430! ) I have 93K on this XJ and she is still running like a champ. In fact she loves the cooler temps, much better throttle responce. I'll be goin gto PA For T-day, much colder up there, will look to see if I have any lights then. Let me know what that programming is all about.

Welcome to the club. Same problem on a 2001. I have had it in the shop twice and the light is on again. Ughhhhhhh!
