where are the fusible links in a 85 fiero 6 cylinder engine the car sat for awhile wondering if i should put new in?

There are at least 2, one near the starter and the other near the alternator. Both wires are red. There may be more links, but I'm not sure.
Normally unless something gets shorted and blows a fuse link, there's no need to replace them. If your wiring harnesses appear in good condition I'd just leave the fusible links alone.
