92 Celica engine miss on acceleration

My 92 GTS 2.2 just started missing after it warms up and then mostly on acceleration. It acts like it stumbles. I smell raw fuel at the exhaust. I just replaced the ignition coil and rotor (recommended by the local Toyota parts counter). I asked about the fuel filter and he said they rarely replace fuel filters but frequently replace coils. I have checked the vacuum hoses and all seem to be ok. Air cleaner is new. Plugs are almost new. Dist cap looked good, so I didn't replace it. Ignition wires seem ok but I don't know how to check them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My guess to you was the fuel injector clogged
OR
Have low compression in your cylinders....
Heres one of the things you can do(suggeustion not a possible fix)
Buy a bottle of fuel system cleaner(7 bucks)
and fill up your tank with it also with octane 93(or the highest you can buy)
....run it smooth for 100 miles try not to go over 3.5k rpm...
what' sounds really fishy to me is that you say that you smelll raw fuel at the exhaust...
That would gotta be a low compression...or something
i have just went thru my manual book this is what it says:
1. spark plugs fouled(hell no, altought people do recommend NGK spark plugs)
2. fuel injection system needs faulty(*maybe)
3. fuel filter clogged(*maybe)
4. incorrect ignition timing(*check with this first)
5. Intake manifold air leak(no)

if it smells like that ur fuel to air mixture is either to rich or too lean
and fyi you cant adjust the timing like that its all done by the CPU

YOUR PLUG WIRES ARE PROBABLY BAD. The fuel smell is unburnt fuel me thinkums...
