Brake and Anti Lock lights

I have a 1990 Legend. when driving it the red brake light stays on and when i stop and pull the parking brake lever it gets slightly darker like it is when you set the brake. also after about 20 seconds after i start driving the yellow Anti Lock light comes on.
does anyone know why these lights are staying on and how can it be repaired?
