Unibody vs Frame

I've had a few unibody vehicles and some frame vehicles in my day. I've noticed that over the long-term there seem to be less internal rattles and noises generated from the framed vehicles.

What do you all think about unibody vs framed vehicles ........disadvantages/advantages.

Are all Wranglers a frame chasis?
Cherokees are unibody and how about the liberty and grand cherokee.

I'm thinking for 4-wheeling on rough terrain a framed vehicle would be best.
