2000 v10 won't start

I went to start my X and it won't turn over
checked all fuses all ok battery ok checked manual
I found another fuse pass.side under glove box gas fuse?
reset that seemed ok for short time did it again
any help thanks [email protected]

does the theft light prove out when you try to start?
