93 Crown Vic Lx dual exhaust

I have a 93 Vic Lx with single exhaust, I would like to get dual exhaust installed, what brand would give me the best performance, and what is a ballpark range for price of installation for the exhaust, also where can I get PI shocks, and what else would help me improve handling?
