How exactly do you figure that applies in this case??? I don't remember him asking what will my h22 do in the Quarter mile, or will my car beat this car... He asked a valid question.
As for tires about the biggest you can stuff in there is a 205/45, I's suggest if you want to handle that power get a nice stickey tire like the faulken Azeins or one of similar caliber. And as for suspension you have so many choices, its just up to what you want. Do some searching the in the archives here, and perhaps on Honda-tech and you should find what you want...

well if your going to bitch at me, stop telling him lies. 205 is not the biggest tire you can fit on a civic.

any bigger isn't pratical, unless you are running a wide body kit...

you can run 225's with no problems.
Also hes asking the same question that #4 is talking about except hes saying what do I need to do to get this much power, insted of how much power will this give me.

yeah you can put 225 on, but they will be hanging out of the fenders... I guess if you like that look go for it... 205 is simply the biggest pratical size you can go unless you have a drag only car

nah i thought it would be a fun little quick car to fix up and once i saw the guy selling for cheap ($650) w/ an h22 i bought it and after checkin it out a lil and ripping part the block i noticed all that was wrong was the paper head gasket was blown so help me blow the cash what kinda body kit do you suggest

I find it hard to believe 225's could be tucking and daily driven, when its a show car and thats all its used for i'm sure they'd be fine...either way thats still wasn't my faucking point, 205 is the most practial...
as for body kits, I'm partial to the Kombat front bumper, wings west side skirts and door caps, and rears... well I have yet to see one that I really like...
so what is your ultimate goal for this car? do you want a show or drag only car, or a beast of a daily driver?

yeah, just do some searches around the forums... there should be more than enough info for what you want, and with that kind of budget damn you can have one sweet ride.
