98 millenia leaking oil

I just noticed that my 98 millenia has an oil leak.
The plastic skid cover? on top was covered in oil.. So I was feeling for wet spots to find out where it came from, I think it's coming from the oil plug?
Is this a common problem? I'm going to get an oil change & have them put a new plug in, hope it helps.

its probably coming from the valve cover gaskets and leaking down the engine block.

Mine was leaking from the Cam Seals, and onto the alternator, then to the ground, Alternators are not cheap to have replaced, Mine just went out on me. $366 parts and labor.
