What model have I got?

Hi,
This is my first post here, and I have never owned a BMW before until today.
The question I have is :-
I own a 2001 320D SE Touring (not face-lift model) - which model is it?
E46, E39 etc etc.
Also, do all Touring models have a split tailgate where rear windscreen opens aswell as the tailgate?

A Touring car is an Estate or Station Wagon type version of the 3 series, and SE is just an equipment spec I think.
