Hi! Question??Unable to use turn signal-buzzing noise occurs

My left turn signal makes this buzzing sound when I try to use it; I've replaced the bulbs and fuses but the sound remains. I've been told it may be the relay. Does anyone have any info? It would be greatly appreciated! Mahalo.

IF all the lamps work using the Hazard switch and flash normally, the problem is the turn signal switch. The contacts are burnt or dirty or the switch is failing mechanically, in any case, I believe your problem is the switch if the hazards work ok.
