Cant shut off alarm

I have a 98 dodge neon that i bought used that came with an interceptor alarm. I cannot shut off or disable the alarm. The alarm is not allowing to start my car and the alarm keeps going off when the fdoor is opened. I have used 2 different remotes with new batteries and the car alarm wont shut off. I pretty sure its not the battery because the air condtioner works, and all the lights come on. Underneath the steering wheel on the the panneling there is toggle switch from red and black. Ive turned on the key and switched the toggle switch for 10-15 seconds and the led light is still blinking red. I need help disabling the alarm so i can drive my car!!!! Any suggestions????

Just unplug the brain from the power source.
