Transmission error codes

Does anyone know these codes for transmission problems taken from a Snap On Scanner mt2500

97 Chevy Venture

P0740 Torque converter clutch solenoid circut

p0753 1 - 2 shift solenoid "a" ckt fault

p0758 2 - 3 shift selenoid "b" ckt fault

your transmissions shift solenoids are resonding too slowly, and your torque converter lock up solenoid has either failed or come unplugged.
