motor and tranny swap project...

how hard would it be to swap a stock 5.0 motor and stock 5 spd. tranny into a 1990 mustang gt that is automtaic, i want to switch from automatic to a 5spd. and i was jsut wondering that the difficulty would be on a job like that, i have heard that it is a direct replacement you just have to put a hole in for the clutch, but other than that i dont know. any help would be appreciated thanx
