if u want what everyone else does and something easy get intake, header, and exhaust. that will give u a good 15 to 20 hp gain if it's quality stuff. From there you could get a new intake manifold and some pulley's maybe. If you have a little more money you could go the forced induction route by either turbocharging or supercharging your car. Thats going to run you into the 2,500 range to about 5,000 for a basic kit. Also the installation will be expensive. The other route would be all motor and you could replaced a bunch of crap in your engine that I don't know anything about. Finally for the biggest bang for your buck but not in everyone's favor (myself included), you could get nitrous for around 500 dollars.

Re-build you motor first (What I would do) if you have the budget. Top to bottom Cams to Crank. Intake, headers, downpipe, manifolf (exhaust, intake) cat-back. If your like me and you want more theres only one thing to two. BOOST! Save your money and buy a turbo kit. I have seen Integras hit 600hp (The fuel is going to be needed to be increased). Your going to need new ecu computers. Blah Blah, first, learn what your doing before you start doing major things. Intake, exhaust, manifolds, etc (maybe a turbo at low psi) should be your first priorities. My friends brother has an Apex N1 Cat-back exhaust and he said he DYNO'd a 27 hp increase (I didn't see it but I hear the exhaust is good, dont flame me.) Whatever works for you bro.
