What to do

I have an 98 Lumina LTZ with 80,000 miles on it. We have had continual brake problems within the last year, We have recently noticed some sort of engine or transmission problem (It got a little better when we replaced the spark plug wires and one coil), and the power steering has started making noises. I really like the feel of the car but I'm not sure we should keep it, Do you think its turning into a money pit?
