Progress: Austin DB & Dan Finks speed wagon

Austin DB

As been fully striped thanks to Dot3, started spraying the body in Silver, had 2 light coats, will get a third tomorrow.

Dan Fink's Speed Wagon

All the body built and sprayed french blue,

will post pic's tomorrow when its light as my digicam haes using flash it whites out the pic

Been awhile since I had any time to do any more on both, have to redo the austin as body had a piece missing.
Will post pic's once i can get my digicam working.

Me too, i got Dan Fink's Speed wagon too, didn't build it yet but it's a lovely model :)

Well heres a phote on the austins as u can see the silver one is the resprayed one

as you can see by the arrows the silver one as that small part missing thats on the red one, old owner must have snapped it off at some point so gotta strip the red body and go with that one

Rebuilt the chassie, cut n chop from 2 to get it back right. fixed rear axle n mounting. sparyed chassie n engine matt black, engine is silver with crome parts, thou still bits missing.
Changed seats, as i had none, no front or rear seats so now its jus a 2 seater with spacing, might install speakers??..
seating area sparyed matt tan, norrow front tires n wide rear ones, body sparyed silver, gotta rub it done tomorrow before a coat of clear gets put on then its jus put together.
