First off, YES IT'S MY CAR!!!! And PhotoShop??? I'm Not sure what your trying to say?? My rims suck? or they're fake??? Uhhhh, no, i don't have that much time on my hands!!!
AND YES IT's A 1999 G20T!!! All i did was get the 2002 side markers, i have 18"s on my car with low pro tires 205/35zr's,Ground Control Coil over kit w/ tokico adjustable shocks, and a custom skyline bumper, and i got my mirrors painted!!!! So i hope that answers all your questions!!!! To help you out Here is another picture i have... Unfortunately I had to sign on as another user, Cause my damn MS Outlook Took a shiit on me, but Let Me Know What you guys think now!!! _and the reason for the terrrrrible pictures is because i had to scan it on my scanner from a picture from a cheap one time use camera!!!
Give it a month, and you'll never belive that it is the same car, still got custom side skirts, back bumper, custom paint and a whole mess of other goodies coming up!!! Including New 19"Rims(REAL too!!!, hahaha)

Question??? How does my rear rim look fake? I don't get it, it's the same size as my front, and also, stock rims are not even as close in size 15 to 18's???

Hey Vision, tell me a bit more about your plans for your Turbo, im interested in hearing about your preperations for it and future plans.

What exactly do you wanna know gt?? i'd rather tell you more after i'm done, cause everything is not set, and not really sure on configurations and specs yet. I have Someone doing my turbo thats sponsered from HKS and TRD, but he's doing the most thinking!!!haha... but so far I'll be gettin a garrett turbo, T04E or T3, Everything included in kit (standard, fuel pump, etc...) Spearco Intercooler, Custom Down Piping, JWT ecu, or just custom re-mapping(the person thats doing the turbo, has already done a g20....and uhhh....Yeah re-pipng for exaust, i have 2 1/4 probably will get 2 1/2......and After that got lots more to do.............

well...... what sort of output you aiming for? any plans on uprating the running gear, like your tranny? uprating the injectors? fuel pump? i wanna see what others are doing in preperation for more BHP so i can at least consider the options and maybe have them inplace also. i wanna make sure my conversion goes as smootly as poss.

Isn't that just the Nissan Sentra "Skyline" lip-kit modded to fit a OEM P11 bumper? I'm in the process of modding that exact lip-kit as we speak, anyone want one?

It Actaully came from a Complete custom job, fitted fogs, and not made from shitty fiberglass like the nissan sentra's! I only know one other person that has the same body kit as me, and he's from OHC( his is fibergalss), don't be mean and try to make everyone look the same!!!come up with your own styles homie, unless you got it for yourself!!! By the way please describe in detail what your "original" style is:confused: I wasn't joking about the P11 lip kit, everything I said is true. My friend is widening his "skyline wannabe" kit to fit his widebody, he's gonna give me the lip-kit to mod for the P11. So if you only sport VIS then you dont have to worry about a thing.
The more products for the P10 the better! Now if you'll excuse me I have to go throw 2 stocks back on my car.:D

Some more good news hot off tha press. He is selling his car to get a 2002 Escalade.

I actually made the new logo for them, My Team and I chill there once and a while, we do all our body work done through them now Cause they do a PHAT job, but i actually havent been there for a while, i'll be there within the next month or two (After i get my engine work done), their gonna do all my new kit work. where do you live around?!?!? I actually live in OC, so i can't really just go there to kick it, unless i'm around the area, but we should get together sometime and chill!!!

I like the buddy club ass end just because it keeps the clean look. Since your front isn't super aggressive, I say keep it clean. I wouldn't mess with the handles, but thats just my opinion. I just cant stand looking a shaved rides in the sun and seeing the paint wobble. If your shop kicks ass then everything should be cool. Moldings look good shaved. Just don't get skirts that clash with the clean lines of the G. What about some go to add to your show.
As for me, right now i'm working on getting my det installed.

My Friend has buddy club on his GST but really cant tell cause the eclipse ass is so freggin big!!! Which ass would come close to fitting on mine, ya know??

As for speed, i'm not gonna be doing the whole DET swap, I'm actually set for appointment next month, gonna get a Garrett turbo system, and a whole mess of engine work done!!! Planning to hit around 350-400hp!!!(be more than happy keeping it at 350) I'm getting fuggin impatient though!! been waiting for 3 months!! That's why i've been holding off the body work, wanna get all my engine work done first....

What does that mean??? I was told that i could achieve that, i have a guy thats going to be working on it, he's sponsered by trd and hks, he's worked on a g20 already, about a month ago that ran 325 hp... Well, it's cool i'll find out myself, since you would not like to help a homie out!!!...

Well what G22DET meant was that there is alot more to it then you think...your goal is 400Whp? All he was trying to say is that there is that you are going to need alot more than what you listed to reach that...for sure you will be spending around atleast 5K to reach that goal...TRD and HKS...thats great but TRD don't make shit for the P11 or pretty much any SR20 engines. HKS don't have much shit either except their awesome ball-bearing turbos and BOVs and intercoolers....All I really want to say is that I agree with G22DET and you need to do some more research on what you are planning on...Honestly that turbo might be too big....if you do decide to go with that you will most like have to move or get a new radiator with either taking one fan out or getting slim line fans or something...another thing...if you have 1999 G20t you are lucky because that was the only year they made the SR20DE without roller rocker cams..therefore they have an ECU that is swapable with a 95-97 SR20DE ECU....JWT doesn't make or remap 1999+ SR20DE ECUs...you need to find a 95-97 ECU and rewire alittle bit and it will work....

I also have a 1999 G20 and did lots of research and posting in this forum as well as www.sr20deforum.com. There is a wealth of information in both...Check them out completely and you will see what you need....

Also to acheive 400Whp you will need large injectors and a very good fuel pump....

Oh and also don't forget you will definitely have to rebuild motor....this is why my guess would be minumum $5,000....

I actually was talking about all those mods, and i was going to actually spend aroung 5+ g's, I just don't feel like making a whole list about what i'm going to do!!, i am certainly going to do a lot of internals(pistons,rods, fuel rails, port and polish work, etc.....), and certainly going to do alot more than simple engine work and a turbo only, to go into detail, is too much typing, thats why i put what i put, i know it's not going to be a simple task, and i know it's going to cost more than a pretty penny, I'm already prepared, my mechanic is actually making a long list of whats going to be needed, where he is getting everything, and at what cost. He's giving me that list on wednesday, and i'm still going to be doing research, with his list till i get the system. I know that trd, and hks don't really make jack shiit for my car, but all i meant is that he has good credentials. I actually heard about the ECU situaltion already(some actually said 240sx is swapable, but not sure how true that is) but i already knew i'd might have to take out one fan in order to fit a to4e, but thanks for helping me, and shedding more light onto the situation.... All i know is that i did'nt want to make it seem that the work i'm going to be going through soon is going to be an easy task, i just dont feel like making a long ass list, and going into mad details about things!!!! But Thanks for some of your knowledge ty, it's more than appretiated!!! :) :p

I'm working on a 400whp turbo. I've projected it all to cost around $10,000+ ;)

Here's a rough estimate to build a 400whp car:

Build bottom end (pistons, coatings, balancing, the whole 9 yards) $2800
Large turbo with BB $1400
Manifold $800
Wastegate $300 (you better get a good one!)
BOV $200
Intercooler (tanks welded on and brackets, large core) $800
Gauges (boost, oil press., egt) $500
Tranny mod (weld case and cryo treat/shot peen gears) $700
Radiator (not NEEDED, but you may overheat) $400
Rad fans (slim/high power) $200
Injectors (50lb/hr) $400
Fuel rail $150
Intercooler piping $250
Downpipe $125
Cobra MAF $300
Cobra POP Charger $130
Exhaust w/ 3in piping $500
Fuel pressure regulator $150
Fuel pump $150
JWT ECU $600
boost controller $250
turbo timer $100
Ignition $250

I'm not trying to scare you, but as you can see thats $11,000 already and I'm missing some more things too (flywheel, clutch, hoses, plugs, wires, install labor...). You can cut some corners here and there but not much.

I'm just trying to show you how many things you need to concider. Make sure your mechanic knows what is involved with an SR20.

yep, you'll need to do some research before starting such project.
about the s14 ecus, all the 240sx in the US uses the KA24 motor, which you cant use the ecu, different motor. the JDM S14s DET motors are all direct fire, along with other differences, meaning you can't use the ecu as well.
to achieve 350-400hp, you MUST get your ecu remapped or get a stand-alone unit which will add a price tag of $2000-$4000 depending what you decide to use. it seems like you have a 99, send your ecu to JWT to get it done. And since you are in california, do yourself a favor and skip your Toyota Racing Development mechanic and go to a "real" one! hehe...call up Chris @ SR20Development, he'll make you a 300hp SR motor blindfolded...and when you take off the blindfold, he might find an extra 50-100hp ;)
but before you do anything, do your homework first.

What do you think about the engine for sale from apexser??? Is that a good engine at a good price? honestly? But i think i'd rather work on my own engine, more pride and joy doing it yourelf... and i need something that i know that will last! -Or should i just say screw everything else and wait for the 6 speed g35!!???

Dude...it has nothing to do with the positioning of your rims...

in plain english....the front rim looks like a different rim than the back rim.

The front wheel is turned a little to the left so you can see the darkness between the split spoke where the back rim is straight to the car and so you can only see the reflection of the sun off the surface of the wheel. This and the rear rim is farther away from the camera and the pic is pretty crappy quality especialy when it was streched unstreched agian.

HAPPY?!?! j/p I dunno, it's probably cause i fucked with it too much on photoshop, plus it was taken in one of those ghetto "fun camera's" that u can only use once(the ones with no individual focus), and i tryin to make it fit exactly on stupid 100px's x 100... did'nt really think about it at first, just trying to post it up and make it more visible, I'll fix it soon.....
