93 grand am grinding and knocking

I have a 93 grand am gt. under the hood on the passanger side there is a grinding and clunking noise except when I turn right. sounds like I am dragging metal underneath but I'm not. Does anyone know what this might be. Don't want to spend lots of $ car is temporary. can I possibaly drive it as is??????????????????

when does it grind all the time and do you notice it more when you apply the breaks, iv got a 94 grand am and it was doing the same thing, i pulled the passanger tire and it ended up being a loose brake calliper, check that, it could be the bolt that hods it on possibly striped out or just listened, check it and let me know what happens.
