Can Selection Help

I have a 2002 Sierra 1500, 5.3L engine with headers and cat-back exhaust. I am considering installing a Crane # 1449571 cam. Spec's at 0.50 are Int 210, Exh 218, 112 Lobe Sep, .531 Lift. Has anyone used this cam? Do you have a recommendation? The truck is a daily driver, occasionally used to pull a equipment trailer, but mosly rural roads and interstate highways. I want the truck to MOVE when pressing on the loud pedal. Thanks for your help.
