gears-for steet and strip

OK I have a 67 ford galaxie and am going to get new gears for the rearend and want to know how high I can go to do good at the strip and still be able to drive it around town I was thinken of some 4.11's but want your opinions- I will barely ever drive on a highway with this car so its all in town driving if that helps. Thanks!

3.73 is a good ratio for street/strip
If you want to go lower, they make a 3.89 that will fit in Ford rears.

Do like i did in my truck and use a 9" Ford rearend and have two third members, one for street and one for drag. Takes about 30 minutes to change.
