Getting some detail done, need some help

I have a 2003 Civic EX Coupe that I'm modifying. So far nothing great, just an R34 body kit, tinted windows, a system, alloy rims and a carbon fiber hood. I have a street glow kit but the front bulbe got messed up because the idiots who helped me install it decided to mount that one with tie wraps.

Here's what I want to do:

I will mold in the side skirts myself, but after I do that I want to paint it completely.

I want to fix that front bulb (I just clipped it at both ends, so it just needs a new bulb) and I want to wire my alarm system to the parking lights and street glow.

I want to get an exhaust.

Now it's only a civic with an engine that won't be swapped, just upgraded, so I'm not going too crazy with it. I have about two grand to play with. Does anyone know where I can go in Phoenix to get this taken care of for a decent price? As far as a paint job I just want a clean blood red color to it.

Any other tips or suggeestions would be awesome. I'm fairly fresh to the tuning scene but I'm not ignorant about it. Thanks.

Edit: Forgot to include I want to get the eyelids before I paint it (so I can paint those too). I checked tons of sites... no luck. I couldn't find the eyelids, flares, or any stuff like that for a 2003 civic 2dr.
