idiot in a lexus

Just now I was driving back from the mall, going about 60-65ish in the fast lane (55 limit) and I see a lexus coming up behind me at about 70. They ride right on my bumper, and flash their brights. I figure "whatever" and move over to let them pass. They fly by, proceed to cut off a suburban, and then weave across 2 lanes of medium-heavy traffic. Still going 70. Coming up on the interchange from 217 to I5, I decide to follow her and get her license plate number. She now continues to cut me off without signaling, I honked at her, (only a wimpy honk, shoulda really let her have it) and then cut another person off, who flashed their brights at her. She then jerked over to the next lane, again without signaling, and sped past a semi, at which point I get off at the next exit.

Her license #? SJB 689.

But seriously, those kind of drivers need to get their cars impounded for a very long time in order to teach them a lesson. Like Yogs said, they're the ones who cause crashes. :nono: Glad you did the right thing.

Duh. Good call, I'll have to do this to the pricks who get in the on ramp during rush hour to try and get ahead. (they merge out of traffic, and onto the on ramp, so they can pass a couple of cars, and in doing so, cause traffic to slow to a stop).

lol, yeah, the best part is that I haven't ever used the number to actually report a smoking car. Just a-holes that seem like good candidates to test the state's emissions equipment...

Not everyone carries tools to do such things. Plus not everyone is flexible enough to get under a car like that. LOL. I had some lady not let me in AND almost drift into me doing her make up while driving. I should have let her smash into me. Would have done some damage. Including slight injury from the air bags going off. Could have sued her ass off.... She was driving an Acura MDX this was in front of a cop no less. He still did nothing. I just simply yelled in her window stop putting your make up on and driving. The make up isn't going to help you much. :big grin:

you can fake a brake check... downshift to 2nd or 3rd and floor it while you left foot brake just enough enough to activate the brake lights :lol2:

also, its not about making them fail the inspection, its about wasting their afternoon by making them go in for the inspection :iceslolan

Driving through Seattle today (of course it is raining here) in rush hour traffic, and some bastard changes lanes to get around vehicles without signaling. The bad news, it was my lane. I managed to hold it together and not cause a major accident, and I thank my lucky stars I was driving the old beater Subaru and not the Porsche. Insurance will probably total it, and give me less an a grand for it. Now I am without a getting to work, killing and eating my own food kind of vehicle... I can't even drive the other safely most of the winter.
The worst part of all this though? Getting angry and trying to retaliate by driving the same way is a good way to #1 cause an accident, and #2 have some road raging hormone who has seen too many action movies pull a gun on you. It's a dangerous world out there, and you had best be watching out for the other guy because he isn't watching out for you.

congrats on the well i don't know what to call it but it's funny :-) i wanna try that man i see a lot of stupid ppl driving once i saw this lady in her dodge caravan doing a good 70mph (65pmh zone) and i look over as i pass and i see she is reading a book READING A BOOK ON THE HIGHWAY! man people can be really stupid.

I got one..well, this made me REALLY pissed. I'm getting off the wantagh highway/getting onto another highway-the southern state. In order to do this, you have to get off the wantagh, travel down a 180 degree spiral @ around 15-20mph, then merge onto the southern state. So, as i'm going down, there is a green minivan (dodge) with indians driving (OMG types..rag tops etc) in front of me, we make it down to the merge point on the SS, he speeds up-merging on (me right behind) and then brakes and puts his left blinker on as soon as i'm just behind him-MAKING ME ALMOST REAR END HIM while i'm ALREADY in the middle lane.... He didn't look over his left shoulder.. I swear it i rolled down my window and was THAT close to launching my 32 oz Dunkin Ice Coffee at his ass.. I literally was so pissed i went through the motions of actually rolling my window down, AND getting the coffee in my hand ready to launch it from the drivers side, over the hood with my left arm... But i was like, ah f**k him.. I like my coffee....That sucker was glad the coffee tasted good i swear it.

Ah..anyway, sometimes i wish i had a nice 9nc1 cop car package w/bumper bars to just clip there ass-then get off the highway :-)

Find and kill her, that would be the best solution right..
