rough and backfiring 94 Camaro

Hi all,
I am going back to the well that has served me so much in the project to get my Camaro back on the road. I have a 1994 3.4L V-6, with a manual transmission. My problem is that the car idles fine but when I get on the road I get backfiring, no pick up and sputtering. Generally running poorly under any load.
BACKROUND: car was involved in the flood of Marietta, Ohio two and a half weeks ago. Water was up to the rearview mirror for about five hours. Rescued the car and brought it to Cleveland to resurrect her. In two weeks I have got the motor running and the interior squared away. I have replaced the:
oil (four times)-transmission fluid-oxygen sensors-spark plugs-spark plug wires-air filter-ignition switch and theft deterrent relay.
I have checked the:
starter-battery-antifreeze-battery cables-and brakes. (all good)
My question is where do I go from here...I have had her on two code reading computers and the only codes were for the oxygen sensors, which I promptly replaced. I have checked the PVC valve by shaking it and it seems to be fine (I am replacing it anyway tomorrow), am going to replace the fuel filter as well.
I have read one of the Camaro Jedi's mention an induction cleaning, is that something I can do myself?
PLEASE!!!! Any ideas will be appreciated....

No, you cant do an induction service yourself.. It should help quite a bit though to clean out your EGR and intake systems.. Also, go over your ignition system.. make sure nothing is wet or dirty.. no pools of water where there shouldnt be.. There are so many things that can malfunction if the car was swamped
Might want to check your timing too.. but that shouldnt have been affected by the flood

I would think since the water was that high that your tank would have got filled with water since our cars use a vented fuel Cap and did you open the fuel line to drain the gas and then refuel using 2 bottles of fuel line anti-freeze(this is actually used to remove water from your fuel system not to stop gas from freezing).?

maybe u still have water in ur cat. or in ur ignition components. Does it only do it under load. or in netural when u rev it

Sounds like one of your plug wires might be bad. Is the sputtering consistent? I had the same problem with my car and I just took off all the plug wires and checked the connections and put it back on and it worked like a charm. Not one single misfire. Just check to see if they all are on tight.
