Check to see if the window is off-track as it goes up. It is either off track, or there is an electrical problem. If it is off track, this can be fixed pretty easily by removing the door panel on inside, (chiltons or haynes manual for specifics). Once the door panel is off, make sure window is all the way down, remove the bolts that hold window to the power mechanism, and put it back on track. Then reassemble. I think removing the inside of the door on my accord (91) was the easiest thing in the world. I tried it on my Grand am and I was ready to pull my hair out afterwards.

My window on my 91 would go almost all the way up, but with about 2 inches left it would stop. As it turns out the little black button that anchors the window to the track was getting stuck on the weather strip when i would roll it down, this would cause the front of the window to pop off track.

If it is electrical, I am not sure if i can help. My girlfriend also has a 91 ex and her windows just started to act up. The passenger side will start to roll up then it will stop, and you either have to keep pressing the button until it goes again, or roll it up from the drivers side. I have not had time to track this one down yet. Good luck

The rubber window channels on the sides sometimes causes the window to bind up when the window goes up. Actually, you have the same problem going down but gravity is working with the window. You might try spaying some silcone spray down the channels, both front and back.t
