just wanted to share- went to the import shoot out at centerville dragway in centerville ar. sat. night....anyway i went up against a 90 1g and beat him by 5-6/10's and ran a 10.9 @93mph. :evillol: my best yet MAN I LOVE DSM'S!..i was then knocked out in the 2nd round due to a slipping clutch even though i treed an sti by over 3/10's of a sec. i would have smoked him. oh well...it was fun! thought i would share.....time to replace the clutch.

It's 1000ft he said! It's hard to read a car's speed by stuff you aren't used to, but I think that's about high 12's/low 13's. A lot faster than my POS. Nice job.

I had to look at my timeslip to see how that compares. :D Just when I Was getting used to seeing 1/8th miles times, you pull a fast one on me. Looks like it would be around 12.8 to me. By then your ET is pretty much set, for example I've broken the tranny at the 1000 foot and still run my usual ETs, maybe a tenth low. Though MPH hurts bad. Kinda funny runing a 12.7 at 80 mph, but I've done it  My 1000 was 9.5 on my 11.3 run, so about a half second different. I'd say a 12.8 is a safe assumption. Doesnt give mph on my slip though, 1/8th was 97 and quarter 126. Would have been nice to be able to compare mph too. Oh well. Nice times, and with low mods too. You should fit it nicely around here ;)
