The one that Hape posted was a fake version of the C-West kit made from carbon fiber

You can make the RE-Amemiya wide body

http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/196146105310-med.jpg

or the R-Magic wide body

http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/500/196146R-Magic1.jpg

for something simple, the Ings+1 kit

the whole RE-Amemiya widebody kit

The whole finished car

You can use these sides and fenders if you like

http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/196146photo010-med.jpg

If you don't like the above fenders them you could use these front fenders

Whoa, looks like you have some really bad bubbling and peeling on that hood. Is that black paint or is it a decal?!

If only it was that easy for models......

I think the hood was CF-painted.
And i would say : if only it was that easy for real cars (styrene, putty, and done !)

you right GT-alex it painted cf. but it sure look like peeling.
...Real car is easier:go to shop, buy and done

For real cars, all you have to do is bolt on and paint. Models, you have to build your body kit, which means many hours of putty and sanding. On the other hand, models are serveral hundred dollars cheaper. But i wouldn't mind having a real RX-7 over a model of it, just costs more.

Since the kit is curbside, I was thinkin' to put a V8 F-1 ford engine. what u guy think? should I go for it.

Might seem a little out of place to me, but it'd be a beast.

If you do, please put it in the rear. I think that would be more realistic.
Plus you would be able to see it through the tail gate window.

I dont think the hood is painted i think its dust from the putty on it.

I thought about that but the engine with the gearbox wont fit in the rear.even the front seat wont have room.the rx-7 is too small>with the engine in the front I can use the standard gearbox
