MPFI --what is this part?

This is the only part on my mpfi,that I see I dont have,
whats it called? & could I just get it from an autoparts store?
its the top/1st picture on the webpage,
(that little more of a shiny piece,that connects to the vacuum hose,above the throttle)

It is the dashpot diaphragm, It is used to slow the throttle down when the throttlebody is closing. Should be able to pick it up at a parts place.
