Got Sponsored for $10k+

Yep, I was selected by Sport Compact to recieve a sponsorship of $10,000+ I spoke with someone today and they are sending me my contract with all the details. I'm not exactly sure how the relationship works, but the person I spoke with said that after I sign I just call them up and tell them what parts I need. So, if I can get whatever I want for 10G's, I'm thinking B18c1 Turbo :evillol:

i hate ppl who do that...record their number so someone can track those bastards down if its a scam (which i think it is)

if someone is sponsoring you out of the blue, it's screwyZ! but if it's legit, then congrats. Hope the outcome goes well

Hey man my brother is getting sponsered by the same ppl sport compact they said they were going to give him 10 grand or something and sponser his 91 integra convertible..If anyone hasnt seen it, it should be somewhere on nopi's site he placed it in race wars in bristol tenn..I think in 03 show..The sport compact ppl called him around a mth ago to give him sponsers...Good work and keep us updated with how it goes..

Edit: Now that i see all of this stuff on how it could be a hoax ill let him know..My brother still hasnt told me on the sponser if they got back with him..I give him a call tommorow and see if he got his stuff sent in the mail and all..Ill let you all know cause thats some weird shit, Plus they called him around a month ago and said they would send him his stuff in the mail...No word yet but ill ask him..Later

yeh they made some good points on those threads

they hike the prices up 150% and then give you "discounts" on their ridiculously high prices. And then you pay some after that, plus a membership fee? When has the last sponsor charged you a fee? Isn't it given to ya? lolz don't trust that company, it's bs

i agree there are great points made and thats why i put this up here, if you people know something let the rest of us know it too. So there are people here that say its good and some say bad, and others who have delt with them first hand. So what did your "sponcer" want you to do that you didnt want to do SILENT? And please let me know how things went with your brother RUSHB18? If he feels its a bad move then i will be more hesitant about it. Im not a pro racer or anything so why would i get my parts for free from a sponser? At present time my car is a daily driver so i dont want stickers on it calling for attension, but if and when it becomes strickly race then i wont care about the stickers and ill take my possible 12k in parts and be a happy lil racer not ricer.
