help!....need.....desperate.....all se-r owners!

:( man, i really need some help here! i going crazy, i think i got goddamn detonation in my beloved sr20de! i can barely drive it, actually, i don't wanna drive it. well i guess i should explain the problem, well when i drove my car before,(actually during) it kept backfiring i guess or like when u shift, u feel that omph!, well i feel that constantly when my foot is on the gas pedal, then at idle, it makes a pinging noise, and oh yeah, when i step on the gas, the intake makes like a sharp loud shotgun sound. one more thing(actually two) the engine shakes like crazy and when i revved my engine up, i hit 5,200 rpm and it was like i lost almost all power and the engine just hit a ceiling, it wouldn't rev no more! what am i gonna do? help!? i changed the sparkplugs, sparkplugs wires, fuel filter, and going to give it a oil change and check my timing. the last thing i was gonna do was a compression test but....i don't know, i'm losing my mind! What I mean is . . . how long have you had this problem, when did you first notice it?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that it's not detonation, by the way . . . what kind of modifications have you done?

intake, exhaust, and air breather:smoker2: what do u suggest i do? i wanna swap to a bluebird FWD, well actually i am going to but i wanna still be able to drive till then, so i would really appreciate this and this happened after a race with a stupid prelude. i think i overrevved it by like 200 rpm and then boom! my car just did what it did. what do u think it is?:smoker2:

check that timing, sounds off. Those plugs have to be gone already. you are getting like blow back into the manifold. Yeah when did this occur and under what instances. Did you put new wires and are they in the right order
