If I want to rebuild my alternator and want to increase the output to around 100 AMPs. What all do I have to change, the Diode Trio, rectifier, voltage regulator, Brushes and everything. Or can I just do one thing. I have to replace my brushes anyway.

You CANNOT increase the amperage output with ANY of those parts. To do that, you need a new higher-output (fewer turn) field winding set. You are better off getting a higher output alternator to start with.
