I know that this engine will not directly bolt into my civic, but I do know that it will fly if I swap it.

Is this a practical choice? or am I missing something?

The ultimate would be k20a......but I dont think thats going to happen

With the right setup, the H22 is a great choice for your car. However, if you plan on doing mostly circuit racing or autocross, the B-Series is a much better choice. But again, it all comes down to how you do it...

The H22 is a tad bit heavy so you're gonna feel it when it comes to handling, ive noticed understeer when taking one around. but if you're just going for a quick 1/4mi. time, then its definitely a great engine.

It would be hard to just drop it in. You would need to take every thing out of the engine compartment and custom mount the engine and drivetrain that would be rwd. you will have to modify the frame.

you would also have to get rb25 tranny which is rwd because rb26 is 4wd and that is hard to do.
