Finally got to get a good look under my 93 accord, it had been slowly dripping oil, and it turns out that when the car was still with its previous owner, some retard jacked it up from the oil pan becuase its got the signs of it and I can tell it wasn't from bottoming out, and now its leaking slowly from the small little dingy crack.....
I don't want to get a pan from the junk yard right now if I don't have to, I just want to know is there any glue or sealment that would work nicely? Probably not but I had to ask...

Oh yeah....I realize this is the wheel and suspension forum, but this is the forum where all the brain is, so I must post away...

pull the pan off and weld it up. Put a backin plate on that is bigger than the crack and seam weld it with a mig welder.

Using a cheap fix is never the way to go. The amount of work required to replace (Or weld as suggsted above) is so minimal that it shouldn't be a big deal. If you need to just get a manual www.helminc.com and you are good to go.

i definitely would spend the time and money on a new oil pan, unless you want to check the oil every time you get in the car. Just think how much you would be kicking yourself in the ass if you had to buy a new motor, because you didnt spend a couple hours of your time, and a little bit of money to get a new oil pan.
