Does anyone no a site that reprograms ecm chips. I need a 1994 4.3 ecm chip redone due to swap from a 2.2 to 4.3.

you cannot flash a 2.2L to a 4.3L.
Get a computer from the same year and engine from the wrecking yard and install.
