No power during accleration

1990 B2600i. Idles bad until it warms up. Then after it warms up I have to feather the gas getting it up to speed or it wants to bog down like theres no power. If I take it easy all seems well. Almost like a fuel starvation problem. Going to try the fuel filter. Anyone know where its located on the truck. Letting the clutch out with the emergency brake on DOES NOT create a miss as if theres a bad plug or wire....Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated....

The fuel filter is located on passenger side firewall. You might also check for a clogged cat. Doing this remove the 02 sensor and check with a pressure gauge to check for out of norm back pressure. My 2600 did this also and hopefully this is your problem.

my b2000 was doing that the other day. so i changed the plugs, wires, and fuel filter. still did it, then i sprayed some carb cleaner inside the carb started it up, revved it, and it just started running fine.
